Semi-Automatic Box Erecting/Case Packing System
Folds & Tapes Tops & Bottoms of Uniform Size Boxes
The EASY TAPER/EASY PACKER is a compact case erecting, packing and sealing station. This unit features operator-assisted top and bottom flap folding which improves operator productivity.
The EASY TAPER/EASY PACKER is supplied with extended side rails, flap closing bars and a 48" "anvil" packing station. Sequence of operations is as follows: operator opens the case and manually folds the bottom front and back "minor" flaps. Box is placed on anvil to be filled. Once filled, the operator pushes down and holds the trailing "minor" flap while presenting the box into the machine. The box is pulled forward by the machine and all flaps are closed and top and bottom is securely taped.

TR-7505...Transfer
Transfer tape. 5 mil (0.127mm). Acrylic adhesive. Brown siliconized paper liner. Adhesion to steel (PSTC-1 ASTM D330); 72 oz/in. Temperature range: -10F to +250F. Ultra-violet light has little or no effect on adhesive. High quick tack, good shear strength. Glass stabilization allows lathe slitting and clean unwinding. Used for gap filing, mounting nameplates, trims-joining, flying splice; as a laminating adhesive for foams or fabrics; bonds to many irregular & textured surfaces. 3" neutral core/cartons.

Double Coated Ultra High Bond Acrylic Tapes...
 This structural grade tape is comprised of an integral core of solid acrylic polymer, coated on both sides with a uniform high-tack acrylic adhesive, and white polyethylene release liner. Provides a superior, permanent bond between a wide variety of substrates, including glass, many plastics, composites, sealed wood and metals. Withstands a wide range of weathering and temperature conditions without losing adhesion. Solid acrylic core gives tape superior strength; it can be easily applied and cleanly cut, yet is flexible, moldable, compressible & conformable to intricate shapes. Tape will bond to most surfaces, but thorough evaluation is recommended when bonding low energy surface material such as PVC, ABS, PE, PP. Not recommended for bonding Teflon™ , Tedlar™, Silicone, or EPDM. Available in widths from 1/4" to 18".
